Your use of the smjljl Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

smjljl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of smjljl following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. To register and maintain an account on smjljl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, real-money gambling is strictly prohibited for persons under 21. smjljl enforces this requirement without exception.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. Geographic Restriction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of smjljl is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued by smjljl or any regulatory authority.
5. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on smjljl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an account with smjljl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You undertake to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smjljl username, password, and any security credentials associated with your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must immediately notify smjljl at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• smjljl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. smjljl accounts are for the exclusive use of the registered account holder.
• smjljl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where smjljl reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, breach of this Agreement, or non-compliance with applicable law.

smjljl accepts deposits via a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers, and select cryptocurrency options. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1. Funding Source: All funds deposited into your smjljl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
2. Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution and may take up to one (1) business day.
3. Deposit Fees: smjljl does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which smjljl accepts no responsibility.
4. Failed Transactions: smjljl is not liable for any losses arising from failed, delayed, or incorrectly processed deposits due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to payment provider outages or incorrect details provided by the player.
5. Anti-Money Laundering: smjljl complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

smjljl is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the smjljl account.
• smjljl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.
• smjljl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
• Any withdrawal request found to involve fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of this Agreement will be cancelled and the relevant account balance may be forfeited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. smjljl does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

smjljl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to this general Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the bonus concerned.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. smjljl reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each promotion page.
3. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
4. Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. The applicable expiry period is specified on each promotion page.
5. Modification and Withdrawal: smjljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.

All games available on the smjljl Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. smjljl is committed to offering a fair and transparent gaming environment to all Filipino players.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are as published by the relevant game provider. smjljl does not modify RTP settings beyond those established by the provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or software failures — smjljl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers to the player's account balance. Decisions made by smjljl in such circumstances are final.
• Players must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other third-party tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular player use.
• Players must not exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any such exploitation must be reported to smjljl immediately. Players who exploit errors rather than reporting them may have winnings voided and accounts suspended.
• smjljl's decision on all matters relating to gameplay outcomes, technical disputes, and wagering results shall be final and binding, subject only to applicable regulatory review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the smjljl Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity fraud, payment fraud, or the use of stolen financial instruments.
2. Collusion: Collaborating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
3. Money Laundering: Using the smjljl Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of the Republic of the Philippines Anti-Money Laundering Act.
4. Underage Gambling: Attempting to access real-money features while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
5. Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one smjljl account per individual.
6. Abusive Behaviour: Harassment, threats, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour directed at smjljl staff, other players, or any third party associated with the Platform.
7. Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to smjljl systems, other player accounts, or any restricted areas of the Platform.

All content available on the smjljl Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design, selection, and arrangement of such content — is the exclusive property of smjljl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of smjljl.
• The smjljl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of smjljl. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use these marks without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smjljl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, smjljl expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any damage arising from interruptions to service, technical failures, or system outages beyond smjljl's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any content, products, or services provided by third-party game providers accessible through the Platform.

smjljl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any smjljl policy;
2. Failure to complete identity verification within the period specified by smjljl;
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
4. Chargebacks initiated against smjljl by the player or the player's payment provider;
5. Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
6. Instruction by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
7. At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under Section 9.

Upon account closure for cause, smjljl reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player for personal reasons not involving any breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be referred to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed, before resorting to litigation.

smjljl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, smjljl will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the smjljl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
